A fully functional portable glass cockpit (EFIS) tailored for general aviation pilots is provided by Horizon, offering intuitive visualizations to enhance situational awareness. This system functions as a backup for all pertinent navigation instruments, compatible with various sensor sources such as internal tablet or smartphone sensors, external SensorBox, and third-party GDL90 devices. Horizon encompasses essential features of a modern glass cockpit on a tablet with the added advantage of redundancy from complete avionics independence.
